I’ve started my new workout regime. It’s pretty simple: Stay active, eat what I want, document my calories every day.
11.28 - I started at 259.7
12.05 - I ended at 257.2
That’s a pretty good week! I lost 2.5 pounds this week and am shooting for at least two pounds per week. It’s pretty simple as long as I keep active every day at work…which really is the most difficult part!
For now I’m off to work, study, and prep for my final presentation and my final over educational statistics. If I can work with tough kids every day than I can lose two pounds a week!
